My name is Riviera but you can call me Riv until I am famous.
I was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and currently live in the heart of downtown with my fiancé. For the past 3 years, I've conceptualized and curated a sacred space for all things healing. Healing can be whatever that means to you- relationships, trauma, depression, body image, etc.- as you explore my understanding of inclusive wellness and holistic living. My intentions are to share my mental, emotional, physical, and maybe even spiritual journey in a place of gratitude and love. I am speaking from my perspective and a level of consciousness from my own experience, past and present. I want to hold space for exploration through my trials and tribulations of redefining my relationship with food, my physical body, and my mental state.
